HiPerGator OS Upgrades: GUI Servers to Migrate on Monday, August 7th, 2023

On Monday, August 7th, 2023, at 8am, we will upgrade the servers in the “gui” partition. OnDemand applications may look slightly different because of this upgrade due to theming changes in the upgraded software. Please open a support request for any problems encountered.
We will continue to notify users as more components of HiPerGator are migrated. Please keep an eye on these emails and our website for updates. Over time, more and more of the cluster will be running RHEL8 and the RHEL7 portions will shrink.
