A large collection of applications is available on HiPerGator Consult the Wiki for a detailed list. These applications are all running on the Linux operating system.

UFApps for Research: Windows applications
To support a new class of researchers, HiPerGator now supports widely used applications such as those provided in the UFApps service for students. This service supports running the applications that run on the Windows operating system and requires more computational power and larger data sets than is typical and acceptable in the UFApps for students service.
The service is offered the same way all HiPerGator services are offered: Researchers must make an investment and buy a number of cores and an allocation of storage for data at the prices listed.
